LiveFixPro Privacy Policy (livefixpro.com and livefixprobookkeeping.com)
Effective date: October 10, 2026
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is issued by LiveFixPro Bookkeeping & Accounting Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed on September 18, 2023 (Wyoming filing ID 2023-001331815) ("LiveFixPro," "we," "us," or "our"). "LiveFixPro" and "LiveFixPro Bookkeeping" are brand names used by the LLC.
LiveFixPro is a remote firm serving U.S. businesses. We operate two websites (together, the "Sites"). They are two brands of the same company, not separate companies:
livefixpro.com - our main site for AI automation, AI managed retainers, Google Ads management, SEO, social media management, website design and setup, website maintenance, and consulting.
livefixprobookkeeping.com - our site for bookkeeping and services for QuickBooks users.
This Privacy Policy applies to both Sites and is posted on both.

2. Who the Sites are for
Our services are aimed at businesses located in the United States. The Sites are not designed for consumers buying for personal or household use, and they are not directed at people outside the United States. Because we work remotely, our team and service providers may access information from locations outside the United States. We apply the protections described in this policy wherever information is accessed.
3. Information we collect
a. Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, use our chat, book a free consultation, email us, message us, or call us, we may collect:
your name, business name, job title, email address, and phone number;
your website address and details about your business;
the message you send and anything you choose to include in it (for example, what services you are interested in); and
scheduling details if you book a consultation.
b. Information collected automatically (analytics and cookies). When you visit a Site, we and our analytics and hosting providers collect basic technical and usage information, such as your IP address (which may be shortened or used to estimate your general location), browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, how you arrived at the Site (for example, a search engine or an ad), and similar data.
c. Information from clients during an engagement. If you become a client, you may share business information with us to deliver the work (for example, account access, bookkeeping records, marketing data, or customer data used in an automation). That information is handled under your written client agreement and Statement of Work, in addition to this policy.
d. Payment information. Clients pay by invoice through Mercury ACH or wire transfer. We do not collect credit card numbers on the Sites. We receive the payment details that come with a bank transfer (such as the payer name and the paying bank) and keep invoice and payment records.
4. Cookies, analytics, and chat
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Sites so we can improve them. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small text files stored in your browser. The main Google Analytics cookies are:
Cookie nameSet byPurposeTypical duration_gaGoogle AnalyticsDistinguishes unique visitorsUp to 2 years_ga_<container-id>Google AnalyticsKeeps track of session stateUp to 2 years
Our website platform (Hostinger Website Builder) may also set strictly necessary cookies needed to run the Sites and, with your consent where a cookie notice is shown, its own analytics (provided by Amplitude), which Hostinger describes as "usage data that does not directly identify you." Both Sites use a live chat widget provided by tawk.to. If you use the chat, the messages, contact details and technical information (such as your approximate location and browser) that you enter or that the widget collects are processed by that provider for us, and the widget may set its own cookies or similar storage. Please do not put passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers or health information in the chat. The Sites link to Google Calendar appointment scheduling for booking consultations; if you use that service, its own privacy terms apply.
Some of our free tools save your progress in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive that information. You can clear it in your browser settings.
We do not currently use advertising or remarketing tags (such as a Google Ads remarketing tag or the Meta Pixel) on the Sites. If we add any, we will update this policy before or when they go live.
Your choices:
Where a cookie notice is shown, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some Site features may not work properly if you do.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
respond to your questions, chat, and contact-form messages;
schedule and hold free consultations;
prepare proposals, confirm scope in writing, send invoices, and keep business records;
deliver and support the services you buy from us;
understand how visitors use the Sites and improve them;
keep the Sites and our systems secure and prevent misuse; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not send marketing newsletters to people who have not asked for them. We do sometimes contact U.S. businesses directly (by email, or by manual message on Facebook or LinkedIn) about our services, using business contact details that are publicly listed, such as a business website, Google Business Profile, directory, or social page. Every marketing email includes our mailing address and a way to opt out. If you tell us to stop, we stop on every channel, usually the same day and always within 10 business days.
5A. Business contact information from public sources
If you own or work for a U.S. business, we may collect publicly listed business contact details (business name, business email address, business phone number, website, social page links, and the public facts that led us to contact you, such as a missing website or booking link). We use them only to decide whether and how to contact the business about our services, and we record the source. We do not buy contact lists. We keep these records for up to 12 months after our last contact with the business, unless you become a client. To see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop contact, email support@livefixpro.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" or reply "stop" to any message.
6. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing.
7. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting and forms (Hostinger), business email, live chat (tawk.to), scheduling (Google Calendar), analytics (Google Analytics), and banking (Mercury). These providers may use information only to provide their services to us.
Subcontractors who help deliver client work, who are bound by confidentiality obligations and for whom we remain responsible.
Tools used to deliver client work, such as AI model providers, CRMs, schedulers, accounting software, and ad or social platforms, when a client asks us to build or manage something that uses them.
Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, under duties of confidentiality.
Legal and safety reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or legal process, or is needed to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
Business transfers, if LiveFixPro is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of its business, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal and record-keeping requirements of our own business and to resolve disputes. As a general guide:
Contact-form, chat, and inquiry messages from people who do not become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact.
Client records, contracts, and invoices: up to 7 years after the engagement ends.
Google Analytics data: We keep analytics data for the period set in our Google Analytics account settings.
Public-source business contact records for outreach, if the business does not respond: up to 12 months after our last contact.
Opt-out records (email address or social handle, channel, date): kept for as long as we do outreach, so we do not contact you again.
Chat transcripts: up to 24 months after our last contact, or less if the chat provider's setting is shorter.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, such as limiting access to people who need it, strong unique passwords kept in a password manager, and multi-factor authentication where available. No website, email, or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or any patient or other health information through our contact forms or chat. If a service requires account access, we will send a secure method after we have a written agreement.
10. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to:
tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct information that is wrong;
delete your information; or
stop sending you marketing messages.
To make a request, email support@livefixpro.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within 30 days or any shorter period required by law. We may keep some information where the law requires or allows it (for example, invoices and contract records).
If you ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your information, we will keep only the minimum needed to honor your request (your email address or social handle, the channel, and the date), so we do not contact you again.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels or share personal information for targeted advertising. To use these rights, email support@livefixpro.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will not treat you differently for making a request.
11. Children
The Sites and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where stricter rules apply). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
The Sites may link to other websites and platforms (for example, Google, social networks, or scheduling tools). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Sites and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as a notice on the Sites.
