LiveFixPro Website Terms of Service (livefixpro.com and livefixprobookkeeping.com)

Effective date: October 4, 2026
Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of livefixpro.com and livefixprobookkeeping.com (each a "Site" and together the "Sites"). The Sites are operated by LiveFixPro Bookkeeping & Accounting Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed on September 18, 2023 (Wyoming filing ID 2023-001331815) ("LiveFixPro," "we," "us," or "our"). "LiveFixPro" and "LiveFixPro Bookkeeping" are brand names used by the LLC.

LiveFixPro is a remote firm serving U.S. businesses. It operates two brands: livefixpro.com (AI automation, AI managed retainers, Google Ads management, SEO, social media management, website design and setup, website maintenance, and consulting) and livefixprobookkeeping.com (bookkeeping and services for QuickBooks users). Both are owned and operated by the same LLC.

By using a Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites. If you use a Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

Please read Section 15 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration or small claims court, and it waives jury trials and class actions.

2. Who the Sites are for

The Sites and our services are intended for businesses in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites or contact us about services.

3. Using the Sites

You may use the Sites to learn about our services, contact us, and book a free consultation. You agree not to:

  • use the Sites for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;

  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, our systems, or other users' information;

  • send spam, malware, or automated requests that burden the Sites;

  • copy, scrape, or republish Site content except as allowed in Section 8; or

  • submit false information through our forms or chat.

We may suspend or block access to the Sites for anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Services are provided only under a written scope

The Sites describe our services and prices for general information. Information on the Sites is not an offer to provide services and does not create a client relationship. Our process is:

  1. You book a free consultation.

  2. We confirm the scope of work in writing (a Statement of Work or similar written scope).

  3. We issue an invoice.

  4. You pay by Mercury ACH or wire transfer: one-time projects 100% upfront before work starts, and monthly plans in full in advance each month.

All services are governed by our Master Client Service Agreement, the applicable Service Schedule, and the signed Statement of Work. If anything on the Sites conflicts with those documents, those documents control. We may decline any engagement.

Prices shown on the Sites are in U.S. dollars and may change; the price that applies to you is the price in your signed Statement of Work. Third-party costs (for example, Google Ads ad spend, software subscriptions, or AI tool usage fees) are not included unless your Statement of Work says so.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy posted on the relevant Site. In short: if you request a refund in writing within 3 calendar days of payment, you receive 50% of the amount paid; after that, payments are non-refundable, except for a refund of the undelivered portion if we cannot or do not deliver a service, and any rights the law requires us to give you.

5. What we do not do

  • No tax work of any kind. LiveFixPro does not prepare, file, or amend tax returns of any kind and does not give tax advice. Tax matters stay with your own tax professional, who should review any tax-related adjustments.

  • Not a CPA firm. LiveFixPro is not a certified public accounting firm. We do not perform audits, reviews, or compilations, and we do not issue any opinion or other assurance on financial statements.

  • No legal, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Nothing on the Sites or in our services is legal, investment, financial-planning, or other regulated professional advice.

  • Our services for QuickBooks users are independent consulting within the scope allowed for Raghvendra Pandey, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program.

6. Credentials

Credentials shown on the Sites are held individually by our founder, Raghvendra Pandey, and can be checked through the verification links shown on the Sites:

  • Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Intuit QuickBooks Certification, Levels 1 and 2, valid until July 1, 2027), plus additional Intuit certifications listed on the Sites.

  • Google Skillshop AI-Powered Performance Ads Certification (an individual certification, valid until August 31, 2027). This is an individual certification only. It does not mean LiveFixPro is a Google Partner or that Google endorses LiveFixPro.

  • ICTRD Digital Marketing Expert (earned November 2025; renewal pending), issued by ICTRD, an independent certification organization.

A credential confirms that the individual completed the issuer's program. It does not mean the issuer endorses, sponsors, or is responsible for LiveFixPro or its services.

7. No guarantees

Site content is general information, provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific results, including search rankings, leads, traffic, sales, revenue, cost savings, return on investment, ad performance, or social media growth. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, your market, competitors, and third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Sites, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Intellectual property

The Sites and their content (text, graphics, logos, design, and code) are owned by LiveFixPro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

"LiveFixPro" and "LiveFixPro Bookkeeping," and related logos, are brand names and marks used by LiveFixPro. Ownership of client deliverables is covered by the Master Client Service Agreement, not these Terms.

9. Trademarks of others and non-affiliation

LiveFixPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of Intuit Inc. or Google LLC. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Google, Google Ads, and Google Analytics are trademarks of Google LLC. Other product and company names on the Sites belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or the services we provide. Any certification or program badge displayed on the Sites refers only to an individual credential and does not mean the issuing company endorses LiveFixPro.

10. Third-party platforms and links

Our services often involve third-party platforms (for example, QuickBooks, Google Ads, social networks, website hosts, AI model providers, CRMs, chat tools, and schedulers). Those platforms are controlled by their owners, have their own terms and fees, and may change, suspend accounts, or stop working at any time. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their content, their availability, or their decisions. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

11. Information you send us

Please do not send passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive data through Site forms or chat. If we need account access to deliver services, we will arrange a secure method under your client agreement. We never need your online banking login. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, posted on both Sites.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • LiveFixPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Sites, even if we were told they were possible.

  • LiveFixPro's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Sites will not exceed US $100.

Claims relating to paid services are governed by the limitation of liability in the Master Client Service Agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiveFixPro and its owner, members, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Sites, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit through the Sites.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of Section 15.

15. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration, and small claims

15.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or a small claims case, the party with the dispute must send the other a written notice describing the issue and the remedy requested. Notices to LiveFixPro go to support@livefixpro.com and to our mailing address in Section 18. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after the notice is received.

15.2 Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within those 30 days, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sites or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules apply if you are an individual using the Sites for personal, family, or household purposes; otherwise the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules apply. The arbitration will be heard by one arbitrator and will be conducted online, by video conference or on written submissions (documents only), unless the arbitrator requires otherwise. If the arbitrator requires an in-person hearing, it will be held at a location the arbitrator decides is reasonably convenient for both parties (for a consumer, in the county where the consumer lives, if the consumer prefers). Fees are allocated under the applicable AAA rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

15.3 Small claims option. Instead of arbitration, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and stays in that court.

15.4 Individual claims only (class action waiver). Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one party's claims or award relief to anyone other than the individual party bringing the claim.

15.5 Jury trial waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties waive any right to a jury trial for any dispute covered by these Terms.

15.6 Urgent relief. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information while an arbitration is pending or before it starts.

15.7 Courts for anything not arbitrated. If a dispute is not subject to arbitration or small claims court, it will be resolved only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. If the class action waiver in Section 15.4 is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court, not in arbitration, and Sections 15.5 and 15.7 will apply to it.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the Sites and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not alter a signed client agreement or Statement of Work, and changes to Section 15 do not apply to a dispute of which we already had written notice.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about your use of the Sites.
