Google Ads Budget Pacing Planner for the Holidays (Free)
Google Ads budget pacing for the holidays: enter a total budget and your own dates to spread it week by week, with optional peak days. Free planning tool.
Google Ads budget pacing is a planning job before it is a settings job: how much of your holiday budget goes into each week, and which days deserve extra weight.
This free Holiday Google Ads Budget Pacing Planner from LiveFixPro turns a total budget and your own dates into a week-by-week plan. Use it as a worksheet, then set your daily budgets in your own account.
It runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded or stored, and it doesn't connect to your Google Ads account.
What the planner asks for
Total budget for the period. The amount you plan to spend across your holiday dates.
Start and end dates. No holiday dates are built in. Type the dates you plan around, up to 120 days.
How spend should be shaped. Even across all days, ramping up toward the end, tapering down toward the end, or custom weekly weights (one number per week, such as 1,1,2,3).
Peak days (optional). Up to three dates you want extra weight on, each with a multiplier you choose. A multiplier of 2 means double the usual weight.
Result estimates (optional). Your average cost per click, your click-to-conversion rate and your value per conversion.
Every number is yours. Nothing is pre-filled.
What you get back
A summary. Your average per day across the period and the highest planned day.
A week-by-week table with dates, budget and average per day for each week.
Estimates, if you entered them. Clicks, conversions and value for each week, worked out from your own cost per click, rate and value.
A daily plan you can download as a CSV, or print.
How the math works
It's shown on the page. Each day gets a weight from the shape you picked and any peak-day multiplier. A day's budget is the total times its weight, divided by all the weights added together. Clicks equal budget divided by your cost per click. Conversions equal clicks times your rate.
These are estimates from your own numbers. They aren't a forecast, and they don't say what any campaign will actually do.
A note on daily budgets
The planner includes a note from Google Ads Help about average daily budgets, with a link to the page and the date it was checked (October 10, 2026). Rules can change, so read Google's page before you set budgets in your account.
Ideas for building your plan
Start with your dates. Choose the start and end that match how you actually run your promotions.
Try more than one shape. Compare even, ramp-up and taper to see how the weekly numbers move.
Use peak days sparingly. One or two key dates with a modest multiplier are easier to follow than many.
Be careful with the estimates. If you're not sure of your cost per click or rate, use your own past numbers, or leave the optional fields blank.
Revisit the plan. Compare it with real results during the period and adjust.

FAQ
How does Google Ads budget pacing work?
Google describes the average daily budget as an amount you are comfortable spending per day over the month, and spend can vary from day to day. The planner links to Google's help page so you can read the current rules before you set budgets.
Can I enter my own holiday dates?
Yes. Type any start and end dates and up to three peak days. The planner has no built-in dates, so check each date with your own source.
Does the planner change my Google Ads account?
No. It's a worksheet that runs in your browser. You set your daily budgets in your own account. LiveFixPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Are the click and conversion numbers a prediction?
No. They're estimates worked out from the cost per click, conversion rate and value you enter. They aren't a forecast and don't promise any result.
Does the planner store or upload my numbers?
No. It runs in your browser and doesn't upload or store anything. You can download a CSV or print your plan.
